## About the Role

* BS or MS in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
 * 5+ years of semiconductor test development experience.
 * Hands-on experience with the Advantest V93K platform is required.
 * Experience developing and supporting ATE test solutions from characterization through production release.
 * Experience with silicon bring-up, device characterization, yield improvement, test optimization, and high-volume manufacturing support.
 * Strong understanding of analog and mixed-signal test methodologies.
 * Hands-on experience using laboratory equipment for IC bring-up, debug, validation, and characterization.
 * Experience with power management ICs, voltage regulators, or power semiconductor products is a plus, but not required.
 * Strong problem-solving, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

## Description

* Design, develop, release to production, and support ATE test solutions for complex analog and mixed-signal ICs.
 * Develop robust production test methodologies and generate technical documentation in accordance with established test development procedures.
 * Debug, characterize, and evaluate silicon on ATE platforms and correlate test results with bench measurements.
 * Troubleshoot software and hardware issues using root cause analysis and implement solutions that improve yield, quality, test coverage, and manufacturing efficiency.
 * Develop and implement test-time reduction strategies while maintaining product quality and test coverage.
 * Resolve tester-to-bench correlation issues and improve test accuracy through refined methodologies and data analysis.
 * Collaborate with design, product engineering, and manufacturing teams to identify and resolve yield and production test challenges.
 * Support manufacturing operations by driving rapid resolution of test-related issues.
 * Manage projects, coordinate activities across functional teams, and provide technical leadership when required.
 * Provide guidance, coaching, and training to engineers within a growing test engineering organization.
 * Support business objectives related to quality, cost, delivery, and operational excellence.
