## About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Fiber Optic Test Engineer Lead to lead fiber testing and cable-plant certification activities for large-scale data center infrastructure projects. This is a hands-on position requiring strong Tier 1 optical loss testing experience, fiber troubleshooting, certification reporting, and leadership of fiber testing crews., * Strong hands-on experience performing Tier 1 fiber loss testing, not only OTDR testing.

 * Experience with an OLTS/fiber certification platform or equivalent light-source and power-meter system.
\n

 * Ability to identify the exact testing equipment/model personally used and explain the testing workflow.
\n

 * Fiber cable-plant certification experience with SM/MM and LC/MPO/MTP environments.
\n

 * Experience troubleshooting failed tests and performing/documenting retests.
\n

 * Experience generating and managing traceable certification reports/test results.
\n

 * Previous experience leading fiber testers or testing crews in data center or large-scale infrastructure environments.
