## About the Role

* 10+ years of experience in Software QA/Testing, with strong Salesforce testing experience.
 * Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM testing.
 * Strong experience in Functional, System, Integration, Regression, and End-to-End Testing.
 * Experience testing Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
 * Strong understanding of Salesforce objects, data model, workflows, Flows, validation rules, profiles, roles, and permissions.
 * Experience with API testing using REST/SOAP APIs.
 * Strong knowledge of SQL for database validation and data verification.
 * Experience creating test plans, test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts.
 * Experience with defect management tools such as Jira, ALM, or similar tools.
 * Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
 * Strong experience with UAT and production validation.
 * Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

 * Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud / Service Cloud.
 * Knowledge of Salesforce integrations and third-party applications.
 * Experience with API automation or test automation tools.
 * Knowledge of Selenium, Java, or Python is a plus.
 * Experience with Jira, Zephyr, ALM, or qTest.
 * Salesforce certification is a plus.
 * Banking / Financial Services experience is preferred.
 * Experience working on large-scale enterprise Salesforce implementations.
