## About the Role

Lockheed Martin Aeronautics is seeking a full-time Early Career Systems Engineer. In this role, you will generate & execute test plans, lead troubleshooting & root cause analysis efforts, and lead continuous improvement initiatives for our team. The successful candidate will have experience and/or knowledge of technical test planning, test execution, requirements analysis, troubleshooting and data analysis.

Must be a US Citizen; this position will require a government security clearance. This position is located at a facility that requires special access., * Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Computer, Mechanical, Aerospace Engineering or a related STEM discipline.

 * Basic knowledge of the integration and test process including requirements analysis, test planning, test execution, troubleshooting, and data analysis.
 * Basic knowledge of Radio Frequency (RF) and/or Electro-Optical (EO) engineering.

Must be a US Citizen; this position will require a government security clearance. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

Desired Skills

 * Working knowledge of aircraft platforms, architectures and sub-systems.
 * Agile Experience (Product Owner, Scrum Master)
 * Experience with developing system, software, or hardware requirements.
 * Experience with Linux Operating Systems.
 * Experience with test troubleshooting, root cause analysis and anomaly resolution, including documenting and communicating issues to stakeholders.
 * Working knowledge of programming languages (C++, Python, MATLAB, or equivalent).
