## About the Role

* 5+ years of progressively responsible experience specializing in ServiceNow development.
 * Active ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) and/or Certified System Administrator (CSA) certifications.
 * Experience in JavaScript, Glide APIs, and ServiceNow Studio, with significant experience across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
 * Established track record navigating Agile/Scrum methodologies.
 * Proven ability supporting the Risk Management Framework (RMF) and federal software accreditation processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

 * ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.
 * ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist in IT Service Management (CIS-ITSM).
 * ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist in Strategic Portfolio Management (CIS-SPM)
 * Motivated self-starter with exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to lead remote teams.
 * Prior experience supporting federal agencies or defense programs

MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented ServiceNow Developer to join our team in Lexington Park, MD. This is a primarily remote position.
The ServiceNow developer, will be responsible for configuring ServiceNow components and developing customized solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

 * Design, develop, and deploy ServiceNow solutions across SPM, ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and various scoped applications integrations utilizing best-practice coding standards.
 * Analyze requirements, user stories, and wireframes to deliver performant technical solutions.
 * Develop workflows, business rules, UI policies, and sophisticated automation utilizing Flow Designer and Integration Hub.
 * Perform code reviews, define enterprise development standards, and enforce security best practices.
 * Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues while maintaining system reliability and performance and execute ServiceNow platform upgrades, patching, and the deployment of new modules.
 * Create technical documentation and provide training and guidance to organizational stakeholders.
 * Ensure compliance with RMF, FedRAMP, and other mandatory federal security frameworks and support the software accreditation process
