Responsibilities Essential Job Functions: * Apply data management and analytic expertise to administrative and other data sources, including AR Lab Network, NNDSS-CPO, and electronic healthcare data. * Create and submit documented SAS code or code in other languages/platforms (Decipher, Spark, R, SQL/Databricks) for quality control, data manipulation, standard reports, and cleaning. * Create and submit SAS/R code for statistical and epidemiological analyses, including frequency analyses, 2x2 analyses, and regression models. * Facilitate programming and data management leading to scientific publications; prepare tables and charts. * Develop data dictionaries and management documents with principal investigators. * Aid acquisitions and renewals of administrative data sources by developing request packages, use agreements, and research approvals. * Communicate with internal and external project leaders and partners. * Develop and maintain project/product databases, SharePoint sites, Teams, and visualization tools. * Participate with scientists and program consultants in project development and evaluation, including literature reviews. * Participate in meetings, conferences, and 1-2 site visits for communication and protocol standardization. * Participate during CDC response activities and training exercises under direction of the DHQP Team Lead; duties include staffing the EOC desk to help support CDC's mission.
