* 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong focus on web-based information systems.
 * Previous experience designing software solutions for the medical device, healthcare, or life sciences industries.
 * Strong expertise in user flows, wireframing, mockups, interactive prototyping, and responsive web design.
 * Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, Axure RP, InVision, Adobe XD, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign.
 * Experience creating and maintaining design systems and UI component libraries.
 * Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and SASS.
 * Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
 * Ability to effectively work within cross-functional and Agile teams.

Nice to Have:

 * Experience conducting usability testing and user research.
 * Knowledge of accessibility standards and healthcare compliance requirements.
 * Understanding of front-end development workflows.
 * Experience with complex enterprise or data-driven applications.

## Description

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and business requirements in the medical device sector.
 * Translate complex requirements into intuitive and visually appealing designs.
 * Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD.
 * Develop and maintain a reusable design system to ensure consistency across medical device software products.
 * Provide UX solutions and recommendations to enhance usability and the overall user experience.
 * Work closely with product owners, developers, and stakeholders throughout the design lifecycle.
 * Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and UX best practices within the healthcare and medical device domains.
