This important role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and delivering IoT solutions for Lindsay's various product lines, including new products and feature development. Additionally, this role will also be responsible for performing maintenance on existing products and solutions., · Lead hardware development projects from concept through production release · Design and validate analog, digital, and RF circuits for embedded and IoT systems · Create and maintain schematic designs and PCB layouts (Altium preferred) · Evaluate and select electronic components, ensuring lifecycle and supply chain suitability · Collaborate with cross-functional teams for hardware-firmware integration · Perform board/system-level testing and validation using standard lab equipment (oscilloscope, DVM, spectrum analyzer, load testers) · Develop and execute product validation plans and ensure regulatory compliance · Document designs, test plans, and changes; contribute to team knowledge sharing · Support products post-launch through troubleshooting and enhancements · Mentor colleagues and offer guidance in hardware development best practices · Contribute to project planning, scheduling, and status reporting · Perform other duties as necessary to ensure project success
