## About the Role

* 3+ years of hands-on experience configuring Manhattan Active Warehouse Management (MAWM)
 * Deep understanding of Manhattan Active workflows, functionality, and system architecture
 * Experience configuring warehouse processes including receiving, putaway, inventory management, replenishment, picking, packing, and shipping
 * Experience translating business requirements into Manhattan Active configurations and system solutions
 * Ability to troubleshoot and resolve configuration-related issues during implementation and production support
 * Experience supporting SIT, UAT, regression testing, and go-live validation activities
 * Strong understanding of warehouse operations, logistics, and distribution center processes
 * Experience documenting configurations, system changes, and functional specifications Strong communication and collaboration skills when working with operations and technical teams

## Description

A client of Insight Global is seeking a Manhattan Active Configuration Specialist to support the design, configuration, implementation, and optimization of Manhattan Active Warehouse Management (MAWM) across its warehouse network. This individual will serve as the hands-on configuration expert responsible for translating business requirements into scalable Manhattan Active solutions while partnering closely with Business Analysts, Operations, Product Owners, and Development teams.

The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Manhattan Active configuration and functionality, with the ability to support new warehouse implementations, system enhancements, conversions, testing, and go-live activities. This resource will play a critical role in ensuring solutions are configured according to business requirements and industry best practices while supporting operational excellence across distribution centers.
