## Description

The Technical Lead provides day-to-day technical leadership for a Sprint Team, owning technical direction and code quality while mentoring developers and ensuring team solutions align with the program's cloud-native, AI-augmented architecture standards., * Provide day-to-day technical leadership and design direction for the Sprint Team.

 * Own code quality, code reviews, and engineering best practices.
 * Translate architecture standards into team-level implementation decisions.
 * Mentor developers and support their technical growth.
 * Partner with the Scrum Master and Product Owner on delivery and sprint scope.
 * Drive adoption of AI-assisted development tooling within the team.
 * Resolve technical impediments and coordinate cross-team integration points.
