## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Telecommunications, or related field
 * 3+ years of experience in Network Engineering, Systems Engineering, Video System Integration, or Wireless Communications
 * Strong IP networking knowledge: Ethernet, TCP/IP, L2/L3, MPLS
 * Experience with video equipment and Video Management Systems (VMS)
 * Experience with outdoor wireless deployments; Cambium Networks is a plus
 * Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer-facing skills
 * Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have

 * CCNA, Network+, JNCIA, or similar certification
 * OSPF, BGP, MPLS, LDP, or other routing experience
 * RF / microwave / line-of-sight experience
 * Experience supporting public safety or mission-critical communication systems

Additional Requirements:

? Must be able to drive to customer sites using your own vehicle

? Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
