If you love being the go-to person when something breaks (and the one who prevents it from breaking in the first place), this might be your spot. You will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing GoSpooky's IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth and secure daily operations. You will oversee all software, hardware, and tooling, proactively managing security, GDPR and ISO compliance, and IT-related office matters. While the initial focus will be on first-line support, we're growing and anticipate that responsibilities will expand as we develop This role requires a hands-on, solution-oriented approach to support Spookies effectively while continuously improving IT processes. You will work 32 hours per week, primarily on-site in Amsterdam. What you'll do You will be the tech backbone of GoSpooky keeping our IT infrastructure secure, efficient, and always improving (preventing interference or downtime). The responsibilities will diversify, from hands-on first-line support to giving advice about IT contracts.
