 * Build agents that call internal tools and APIs to act across the shipment cycle
 * Implement reliability and guardrails: validation, retries, failure handling, hallucination mitigation
 * Build evaluation and regression frameworks with task based success metrics
 * Enforce per tenant data isolation and GDPR by design
