## About the Role

* Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT Infrastructure Management
 * Deep knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory, and Exchange & other software products.
 * Deep knowledge of Fortinet networking Infrastructure and Applications.
 * Strong communication skills with the ability to listen well to others and develop effective solutions to meet needs.

**This role must sit in our Morristown, NJ office on our hybrid schedule, being in office no less than 3 days a week**.

## Description

* Serves as a technical support in the overall IT concentrating on more complex technological issues.
 * Experienced in Network Engineering and associated administrative functions
 * Experienced in Security Operations and SIEM
 * Experience with managing 3rd party infrastructure support providers
 * Provides first-class technical support by isolating, analyzing technical issues, and resolving those issues
 * Performs optimization of operating systems, including the application of Operating System patches and troubleshooting communication devices.
 * Offers creative solutions for client issues which meet all previously fixed quality standards; escalates calls within the given time guidelines.
 * Install, configure, test, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot end-user workstations and related hardware and software to deliver required desktop service levels.
 * Assists with Audit and Compliance throughout the IT Operation
 * Manages expectations of end users through regular communications channels and progress reports.
 * Adhere to and improve IT support policies and procedures.
 * Management of the IT Infrastructure Hardware and Software life cycles
 * Provide technical assistance and one-on-one support as required.
 * Assess the need and implement performance upgrades to workstations.
 * Maintain asset and user management system and improve procedures as necessary.
