## About the Role

* Completed education in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (FH, University, or equivalent).
 * 5+ years of experience in digital platforms, software delivery, or similar technical roles, including leadership experience.
 * Strong understanding of software development processes, architecture, web technologies, APIs, and integrations.
 * Proven experience with Digital Experience Platforms and E-Commerce solutions such as Adobe Experience Manager (AEM),
 * SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris), or similar technologies.
 * Experience coordinating developers, technical specialists, and external suppliers.
 * Strong stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills in an international environment.
 * Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and coordination abilities.
 * Interest in AI-driven solutions and their application within digital products is a plus.

Team Lead and Product Owner Experience & E-Commerce Platform (f/m/d)
Your Tasks

 * Lead and coordinate technical teams responsible for digital experience, e-commerce platforms, integrations, and related services.
 * Act as Product Owner for the E-Commerce platform and support the delivery and continuous improvement of digital solutions.
 * Translate business needs into technical priorities, delivery plans, and platform roadmaps.
 * Coordinate development activities across teams, platforms, and external partners.
 * Ensure customer-facing applications meet high standards in performance, scalability, reliability, and security.
 * Support agile ways of working, release management, process improvements, and modern development practices.
 * Manage dependencies, risks, and technical challenges while ensuring successful delivery.
 * Drive innovation by exploring new technologies, API-based solutions, and AI-enabled capabilities.
