## About the Role

* HNC in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or A-Levels in Maths and Science
 * Experience testing electronic communication systems
 * Strong fault-finding and problem-solving abilities
 * Good understanding of IT systems and Microsoft Office applications
 * Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Salary - up to £50k DOE

Monday - Friday days

Your new role:

A leading manufacturer of air traffic communication systems is seeking a System Test Engineer to join its growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on critical communication technology used across commercial, freight and military aviation worldwide.

You will play a key role in ensuring customer systems are fully integrated, tested and ready for deployment, whilst working closely with engineering, production and project teams.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

 * Conduct Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) on customer systems
 * Configure, integrate and test communication systems and associated equipment
 * Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues through to completion
 * Produce and maintain test documentation, reports and records
 * Support system build, configuration and validation activities
 * Work with engineering, production and planning teams to ensure projects remain on track
 * Identify and manage risks that may impact delivery schedule

This is just a summed-up list, and other duties will be required.

Skills & Experience required:
