* Strong leadership experience across data, analytics, engineering, architecture or enterprise technology functions
 * A hands-on approach with the ability to challenge assumptions and engage with technical detail
 * Experience driving business transformation through data, technology and AI
 * Strong understanding of enterprise data platforms, governance and architecture
 * Ability to align technical and non-technical stakeholders around a common vision
