## About the Role

Are you an experienced Senior Software Engineer with a passion for modern technologies, Agentic AI and building scalable solutions, * Strong hands-on development experience with Node.js, JavaScript and TypeScript.

 * Proven experience working with Agentic AI, including AI agents or autonomous workflows.
 * Demonstrable technical leadership experience, including mentoring engineers and influencing technical decisions.
 * Strong software design and architecture capabilities.
 * Experience with GitHub and GitHub Actions.
 * An understanding of HubSpot and its integration capabilities.
 * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to work across Engineering, Product and business teams.
 * A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to take ownership of complex technical challenges.

Nice to Have

 * DevOps experience and knowledge of CI/CD and infrastructure practices.
 * Kafka or event-driven architecture experience.
 * Previous experience within Gaming, iGaming or Affiliate Marketing.

## Description

* Leading the design, development and maintenance of scalable backend applications using Node.js, JavaScript and TypeScript.
 * Taking technical ownership of a business-critical platform, delivering new features, integrations and ongoing improvements.
 * Working with Agentic AI technologies, developing and integrating intelligent solutions into existing systems.
 * Driving architectural decisions, identifying technical dependencies and implementing effective solutions.
 * Collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical deliverables.
 * Supporting HubSpot integrations and ensuring alignment with the wider technology ecosystem.
 * Mentoring and supporting engineers, promoting best practices and high-quality development.
 * Contributing to CI/CD processes using GitHub and GitHub Actions.
