Desirable Experience * Local Government experience. * Knowledge of Local Government Pension Schemes (LGPS). * Previous involvement in Oracle Fusion implementation, migration, or go-live projects. * Experience supporting post-implementation hypercare activities. ## Description Akkodis is excited to be supporting a large public sector organisation as it approaches the go-live phase of a significant Oracle Fusion implementation. This is a brilliant opportunity for an Oracle Fusion Payroll Analysts to support payroll testing, validation activities, and post-go-live hypercare. Your expertise will contribute towards a programme at a critical stage and help ensure the successful delivery of a business-critical payroll transformation. If you have experience with Oracle Fusion Payroll and enjoy working closely with project teams, payroll specialists, and stakeholders, we'd love to hear from you. This role is primarily remote, with travel to collect equipment at the start of the contract. Your Impact * Support payroll testing activities within Oracle Fusion. * Execute and document test scripts and test scenarios. * Validate payroll calculations, processes, and outputs. * Identify, investigate, and support the resolution of system defects. * Work closely with payroll, project, and technical teams to ensure a successful go-live. * Assist with business readiness and hypercare support following implementation. * Contribute to process improvements and best-practice payroll operations., * Join a major Oracle Fusion programme approaching go-live. * Be part of a project that will directly impact thousands of end users. * Work alongside experienced ERP, Payroll, and Transformation professionals. * Gain exposure to implementation, testing, and hypercare phases of a large-scale programme. * Enjoy the flexibility of predominantly remote working. * Multiple opportunities available across both junior and senior levels.
