## About the Role

* Data analytics experience - you'll be able to provide and talk through previous projects where you have integrated several IT systems together
 * At least 2 years' data reporting experience using Power BI or Microsoft Dashboards
 * Experience creating the structure of data inputs and also the outputs

 * This is a role you can build from the ground up. There's a genuine opportunity to bring change into the organisation and shape the reporting structure for the next generation of the business, with the scope to grow the role as you grow into it.

## Description

We're still a small team, which means no red tape and no long chains of approval before you can get something done. You'll bring your own perspective to how data is structured and presented, working across teams to influence strategy, not just produce clean, crisp documentation.

Get this right and the role becomes whatever you build it into. You'll take ownership of the reporting structure you create, carry responsibility for how the business sees its own data, and be the person others turn to for the full picture.
