 * AI-Native Engineering You run agentic workflows end to end: orchestrating agents, judging their output, and tuning the eval loops that keep quality high without reviewing every line yourself
 * Curiosity You're genuinely curious about the customer's problem, not just the code. You move comfortably across the stack, translate technical trade-offs into plain business language, and treat a great product conversation as seriously as a great pull request
