This role requires readiness to travel to client sites in Germany, Switzerland, and Austria for workshops., * Being involved in business analysis and collaborating closely with client stakeholders and the development team;

 * Analyzing, refining, and documenting user and system requirements;
 * Communicating with clients and internal stakeholders;
 * Leading workshops and decision-making process;
 * Perform software testing, user training, handling 3rd-level support requests, and maintaining documentation;
 * Participating in project management and reporting activities.
