## About the Role

* Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Master- oder Diplomstudium der Elektrotechnik, Informatik, Luft- und Raumfahrttechnik, Systems Engineering oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs
 * Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Sensor-Control, Avionik, autonome Systeme oder andere missionskritische Plattformen
 * Nachweisbare Expertise als Product Owner bei der Bereitstellung komplexer Hardware- oder Softwareprodukte sowie fundierte Kenntnisse im Backlog-Management
 * Fundierter Hintergrund im Systems Engineering (ISO/IEC 15288, INCOSE) sowie Erfahrung im Stakeholder-Management und agilen Arbeitsweisen (Scrum / SAFe)
 * Sichere Anwendung von Tools wie JIRA/Confluence, DOORS sowie Grundlagen in CAMEO, MATLAB/Simulink und Git
 * Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (Deutschkenntnisse empfohlen)

Skills

 * Zertifizierungen (von Vorteil): CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner) oder SAFe POPM
 * Regulatorische Normen: Kenntnisse in DO-278, IEC 61508, MIL-STD-882 oder ARP4754
