 * Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and modern web markup.
 * Solid understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks.
 * Experience building and consuming RESTful web services.
 * Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab-CI).
 * Ability to perform basic image editing (crop, resize, small adjustments).
 * Understanding of cross-browser compatibility considerations and solutions.
 * Basic experience with Git and version control workflows.
 * Experience working with open-source software.

Preferred experience:

 * Experience working with relational databases (Postgres, MySQL).
 * Experience utilizing AWS for containerization or related cloud services.
 * Hands-on experience with Drupal or similar content management systems.
 * Background working in Unix/Linux environments.
 * Familiarity with 508-compliant development.
