## About the Role

We are seeking a highly qualified Senior ICT Designer with a minimum of 5 years of experience. The ideal candidate will be an initiative-taking problem solver with a strong background in the design of Information and Communications Technology (ICT) Systems. Key areas of expertise should include, but are not limited to:\n

\n

 * AA/AS Degree or higher in a related field (or equivalent experience)\n
 * Telecommunications pathways and spaces\n
 * Layouts for Telecommunications Rooms\n
 * Cabling for both Inside and Outside plants\n
 * Assessment and design of Audiovisual systems, including controls and signal flow diagrams\n
 * Evaluation and design of Physical Security systems, encompassing both existing and new installations\n
 * Proficiency in various design phases (SD, DD, CD, CA, Closeout)\n
 * The successful candidate will demonstrate a proven record of delivering high-quality ICT designs and solutions.\n
 * Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD drafting\n
 * Expertise in responding to RFIs (Request for Information)\n
 * Ability to update drawings in alignment with architectural directives\n
 * Skill in editing Division 27 & 28 specifications to align with project design requirements\n
 * Experience in reviewing client-provided programming for integration into design\n
 * Proficient in conducting interviews with owner/client department personnel to outline design requirements\n
 * Capability to document meeting agendas and minutes\n
 * Strong verbal and written communication skills\n
 * Proficiency in performing site visits for as-built condition documentation, due diligence reports, and site observation reports across various project phases\n
 * Demonstrated professional time management, including the ability to manage multiple ICT projects concurrently and meet deadlines and milestones with minimal oversight\n
 * Strong people skills, encompassing critical thinking, problem-solving, and thorough analysis\n
 * Actively involved in mentoring team members\n
 * Effective coordination with other disciplines, including Architectural, Civil, MEP, and Structural\n
 * Willingness and ability to travel occasionally for assigned projects\n, * Proficiency in Ekahau\n
 * Expertise in AutoCAD and Revit\n
 * Familiarity with Bluebeam\n
 * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite\n
 * Knowledge of Microsoft Teams and other electronic collaboration platforms\n
 * Experience with Newforma\n
 * Familiarity with SharePoint\n
