## About the Role

* IT/technical support experience in a warehouse environment
 * Zebra printer experience
 * Knowledge of Manhattan WMS or other Warehouse Management Systems
 * Experience with SOTI MDM

## Description

* Provide desktop and end-user technical support
 * Troubleshoot LAN, WLAN, DHCP, VLAN, and Wi-Fi issues
 * Basic experience with Microsoft Intune / Autopilot
 * Troubleshoot and maintain PCs, workstations, monitors, keyboards, and printers
 * Experience with Zebra and HP printers
 * Configure and maintain RF scanners
 * Handle equipment RMA requests
 * Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and escalate when needed
 * Support IT equipment in a highly automated warehouse environment
 * Deliver strong customer service and technical problem-solving
 * Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
