## About the Role

* 5+ years of Salesforce Administration/Development experience.
 * Hands-on expertise with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Lightning Flows, reporting, security, and platform configuration.
 * Experience with OmniStudio and OmniScripts.
 * Strong knowledge of Salesforce integrations, ETL processes, and API troubleshooting.
 * Experience with Apex, Batch Classes, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
 * Experience with ServiceNow and ITSM processes.
 * Agile experience with Azure DevOps, Confluence, or similar tools.
 * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

 * Salesforce Administrator, Platform Developer I, or Platform App Builder certification.
 * Experience with Salesforce CPQ and Financial Services Cloud.
 * Familiarity with Marketo, Seismic, Qualtrics, or similar third-party platforms.
 * Experience with test automation, defect management, and release management tools.

## Description

Seeking a Salesforce Administrator to support, maintain, and enhance enterprise Salesforce environments. This role combines Salesforce administration, platform configuration, development, integrations, reporting, and production support., * Administer and support Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud environments.

 * Manage users, roles, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and territory management.
 * Configure Lightning Flows, page layouts, record types, custom objects, reports, and dashboards.
 * Develop and enhance Apex classes, triggers, and batch processes.
 * Troubleshoot Salesforce integrations, including REST APIs, Platform Events, Streaming APIs, and ETL processes.
 * Support incident, problem, and change management activities through ServiceNow.
 * Perform data migrations, data cleanup, and data quality initiatives.
 * Manage deployments using Copado and GitHub.
 * Create technical documentation and partner with business teams to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions.
