## About the Role

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

 * Strong leadership experience across data, analytics, engineering, architecture, technology, or enterprise systems functions
 * A hands-on approach with the ability to challenge assumptions and engage in technical discussions when needed
 * Experience leading large, cross-functional teams within fast-paced, evolving environments
 * Strong commercial acumen and the ability to link technology initiatives to measurable business outcomes
 * Experience delivering data, digital, or technology transformation programmes
 * A track record of influencing senior stakeholders and driving organisational change
 * Strong understanding of data governance, analytics, data platforms, and enterprise architecture
 * Experience aligning technical and non-technical teams around a shared strategy
 * Confidence making decisions, prioritising initiatives, and driving execution
 * Exposure to AI adoption, AI-enabled products, or AI-driven decision making would be highly beneficial
 * Experience within high-growth, scale-up, or digitally focused businesses would be advantageous

* Define and deliver the enterprise-wide data, AI, and technology strategy
 * Lead teams across data engineering, analytics, architecture, IT, and business systems
 * Create a unified vision across technical and commercial stakeholders
 * Drive enterprise AI adoption, governance, and enablement initiatives
 * Establish a true 360-degree customer view across the organisation
 * Own data governance, reporting, analytics, and enterprise architecture standards
 * Use customer, product, and commercial data to improve business performance and decision-making
 * Identify high-impact opportunities to drive revenue growth and operational efficiency
 * Build strong relationships with executive stakeholders and business leaders
 * Create a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
 * Make key decisions across technology, systems, and data investments
