## Description

You will lead the enterprise data, analytics, architecture, AI, and core technology functions, ensuring data and systems provide measurable value across the business., * Defining and delivering the enterprise data and technology strategy

 * Leading data engineering, analytics, enterprise systems architecture, and IT teams
 * Driving organisation-wide AI adoption, governance, and enablement initiatives
 * Establishing data governance frameworks, standards, and best practice
 * Owning enterprise data platforms, architecture decisions, vendor relationships, and technology roadmaps
 * Building scalable reporting and analytics capabilities to support executive decision-making
 * Partnering with senior stakeholders to align data and AI initiatives with business objectives
 * Leading high-performing teams and fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement
 * Overseeing technology investments and ensuring clear business value and ROI
