## Description

The Transport SAP Controller will be responsible for updating and maintaining the SAP/DAS system to ensure the efficient flow of yard management operations for inbound deliveries. This role requires close coordination with operational teams to provide accurate and timely information in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

 * Update SAP with amendments, including delays, cancellations, and special deliveries.

 * Manage Trailer Units (TUs) by creating IDs, assigning appointments, and uploading additional TUs as required.
 * Monitor and coordinate deliveries for direct and indirect operations.
 * Liaise with relevant departments regarding delivery issues and escalate operational inconsistencies where necessary.
 * Maintain and arrange dock slots in line with operational requirements.
 * Identify and report operational problems and delays, escalating complex issues to senior management.
 * Resolve delivery issues, track delayed vehicles, and support service performance improvements.
 * Ensure timely tracking of delayed vehicles entering the site.
 * Maintain inbound service levels and operational standards.
 * Adhere to company policies and legislation relating to health, safety, environment, and risk management.
