## About the Role

* Degree in Graphic Design, Communication Design, or a comparable qualification
 * Initial relevant professional experience, ideally in an advertising agency or a similar creative environment
 * Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud and experience working with Figma
 * Initial hands-on experience with, or a strong interest in, generative AI tools (e.g. for image, video, or content creation)
 * Strong affinity for fashion, beauty, and lifestyle, combined with a creative and independent approach to work
 * Strong cross-media thinking, with excellent visual conceptualization and execution skills
 * Strong teamwork skills and enthusiasm for working in a dynamic environment

* Designing layouts for all ABOUT YOU online content across all our markets
 * Bringing newsletter articles and topics to life visually in close collaboration with our editorial team
 * Designing print materials such as magazine advertisements, direct mailings, and posters
 * Retouching and post-producing campaign photography and fashion editorials
 * Producing photo and video content for our social media channels
 * Shaping the visual identity and design of all our events
 * Developing marketing materials for online channels and point of sale (POS)
 * Conceptualizing and implementing innovative web design concepts and graphic projects for our online shop and brand
 * Crafting dynamic animations, motion graphics, and short-form video formats such as Reels, ads, and teasers
 * Independently creating, refining, and integrating AI-based visual content
