Education & Certifications * Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline is preferred. * Industry certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, Microsoft Endpoint Administrator, ITIL, or related credentials are considered a plus. ## Description Seeking a hands-on IT Help Desk Administrator to serve as a key resource for employee technology support across multiple locations. This individual will be responsible for resolving day-to-day technical issues, supporting end-user devices, maintaining equipment inventories, and assisting with workstation deployments. The ideal candidate combines strong technical aptitude with a customer-first mindset and enjoys partnering with employees to ensure a seamless technology experience. This role contributes directly to maintaining reliable systems and a productive work environment. Primary Responsibilities * Deliver front-line IT support for employees, addressing issues related to workstations, software applications, mobile devices, and business technologies. * Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve technical problems involving hardware, operating systems, applications, and network connectivity. * Provide high-touch support for executive leadership and other critical stakeholders. * Deploy, configure, upgrade, and replace desktop and laptop systems as needed. * Support Apple mobile technologies including iPhones and iPads. * Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including device provisioning and access setup. * Maintain and troubleshoot conference room and collaboration technologies, including audiovisual equipment and video conferencing solutions. * Install and support approved software applications and peripheral devices. * Monitor and maintain IT asset inventory records, ensuring accurate tracking of equipment and licenses. * Record support activities, issue resolutions, and technical procedures within service management tools. * Escalate complex or recurring issues to appropriate technical teams when required. * Communicate effectively with users of varying technical backgrounds. * Recommend process improvements and proactive solutions to reduce recurring support requests. * Participate in departmental projects, technology rollouts, and other initiatives as assigned.
