* 7+ years of professional experience with significant research engineering experience in Machine Learning or Frontier AI
 * PhD or Master's degree in AI, Machine Learning, Computer Science, or a related technical field; equivalent research experience may be considered
 * Strong foundations in Machine Learning with hands-on experience designing experiments, training models, evaluating models, or developing AI systems
 * Research experience in one or more areas: Synthetic/Agentic Data Generation | Reinforcement Learning | Post-Training | Model Understanding | AI Evaluation | Benchmarks | AI Agents
 * Strong Python programming skills and experience with modern AI/ML frameworks and tooling
 * Strong understanding of experimental rigor, data quality, reproducibility, and evidence-based research
 * Ability to independently investigate research questions, build prototypes, run experiments, and analyze results
 * Experience providing technical leadership and mentoring
