## Description

We are seeking an experienced Workday Solutions Architect to lead the design, implementation, and enhancement of Workday solutions across HCM and/or Financials. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design scalable solutions, configure Workday business processes, security, reporting, and integrations, and ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities

 * Design end-to-end Workday solutions aligned with business objectives and best practices.
 * Lead Workday implementation, enhancement, and optimization projects.
 * Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable Workday solutions.
 * Configure and optimize Workday modules, business processes, and security.
 * Design and review Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and APIs.
 * Architect Workday security roles, domains, and permissions.
 * Develop and optimize Workday reports, dashboards, and calculated fields.
 * Collaborate with HR, Finance, Payroll, IT, and third-party vendors.
 * Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Workday consultants and developers.
 * Perform impact analysis for Workday releases and lead regression testing activities.
 * Ensure compliance with organizational security, audit, and governance standards.
 * Recommend process improvements and system enhancements.
