## About the Role

* Must have an active TS/SCI w/ Poly
 * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience
 * Minimum of 12 years of network engineering experience
 * Expertise in routing, switching, firewalls, and VPNs
 * Experience with network automation and scripting
 * Strong leadership and communication skills
 * Must meet DoD 8570 IAT Level 2 requirements (e.g., Security+ CE, CCNA Security, or equivalent)
 * Advanced certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent are highly desirable

## Description

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Lead Network Engineer to join our team! In this role you will get to be a hands on expert working with out existing engineering and networking teams, assisting with network creation, monitoring, data transfer and troubleshooting.

What You'll Be Doing:

 * Architect and deploy enterprise network solutions
 * Lead network upgrades, migrations, and security initiatives
 * Monitor and optimize network performance
 * Develop and enforce network policies and procedures
 * Mentor junior network engineers
 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of network systems
 * Troubleshoot and resolve advanced network issues
 * Maintain comprehensive network documentation
