## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
 * 3-5 years of hands-on experience implementing, configuring, customizing, and integrating SaaS applications such as DocuSign CLM, NetSuite, Zip, Navan, Workday, ADP, or similar platforms.

## Description

* Partner with cross-functional business teams to identify opportunities, improve existing workflows, and support the development of future-state processes across the organization.
 * Evaluate, promote, and implement new applications and technologies that improve efficiency and support business objectives.
 * Collaborate with multiple software vendors and internal teams to manage application access, user provisioning, and account lifecycle processes.
 * Develop, maintain, and enhance technical documentation, process guides, automation documentation, and system topology materials in partnership with various teams.
 * Design and implement automation solutions to streamline application upgrades, integrations, and recurring administrative processes.
 * Own and administer the organization's SaaS Management platform, ensuring applications are properly managed, monitored, and maintained.
 * Help oversee the organization's SaaS application portfolio, with a focus on security, access management, automation, governance, and operational efficiency.
 * Work closely with stakeholders across IT and business functions to identify opportunities for process automation and continuous improvement.
