## About the Role

This is a strong opportunity for someone who combines hands-on SAP functional expertise with a solid understanding of supply chain processes and enjoys being the bridge between business users and technical teams., * Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Supply Chain, Business, Technology, or a related field.

 * Approximately 7+ years of experience in SAP, supply chain systems, or related functional technology roles.
 * Strong hands-on functional experience with SAP ECC.
 * Experience with SAP Materials Management (MM).
 * Experience with SAP Ariba in a procurement or supply chain environment.
 * Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, such as:
 * Source-to-contract
 * Source-to-pay / procure-to-pay
 * Procurement
 * Inventory management
 * Logistics
 * Warehousing
 * Supplier/vendor management
 * Experience supporting SAP master data, including materials and vendors/suppliers.
 * Experience with UAT, system enhancements, requirements gathering, and change management.
 * Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
 * Ability to effectively translate business requirements between functional stakeholders and technical teams.
 * Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

 * SAP MM certification.
 * SAP Ariba certification.
 * Experience working in a SOX-controlled environment.
 * Experience supporting large, complex, or geographically distributed Supply Chain organizations.
 * Experience driving continuous improvement initiatives within an SAP environment.

## Description

We are seeking a Senior SAP Systems Analyst to serve as a key technology partner to the Supply Chain organization. This role will support and optimize SAP ECC and SAP Ariba, partnering closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to improve processes, resolve system issues, maintain data integrity, and drive continuous improvement across the supply chain technology environment., * Serve as a primary functional point of contact for SAP ECC and SAP Ariba supporting Supply Chain operations.

 * Partner with Supply Chain and IT teams to translate business requirements into effective system solutions.
 * Provide hands-on functional support and troubleshoot SAP incidents, system issues, and service requests through resolution.
 * Coordinate resolution of critical system issues while minimizing disruption to business operations.
 * Support and optimize SAP-enabled processes across procurement, inventory, logistics, warehousing, and supplier management.

SAP Operations, Master Data & Governance

 * Support user access and security for SAP ECC and SAP Ariba in accordance with SOX and internal governance requirements.
 * Monitor and maintain master data quality across materials, services, suppliers/vendors, and related supply chain data.
 * Identify master data issues and understand their downstream impact across supply chain processes and reporting.
 * Support audit activities, documentation requests, findings, and corrective actions.

Continuous Improvement & UAT

 * Identify gaps between current business processes and SAP system capabilities and recommend opportunities for improvement.
 * Lead and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system enhancements, upgrades, and ongoing changes.
 * Document requirements, testing outcomes, issues, and system improvements.
 * Support change management and adoption for SAP enhancements and master data changes.
 * Track and implement continuous improvement initiatives that improve supply chain performance and the user experience.

Training & Business Partnership

 * Train and support new and existing SAP users to strengthen system adoption and proficiency.
 * Partner with business stakeholders, IT teams, internal clients, and suppliers to resolve system-related questions and issues.
 * Develop reporting and insights around system incidents, support trends, testing results, system performance, and improvement initiatives.
 * Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders., This position offers the opportunity to have a direct impact on how technology enables Supply Chain operations. You'll work across business and technology teams, take ownership of critical SAP processes, and help shape improvements across procurement, master data, inventory, logistics, and related supply chain functions.
