## About the Role

* 8-10+ years of enterprise infrastructure experience with 3-5+ years in a hands-on leadership role
 * Strong background across data center operations, virtualization, storage, backup, and disaster recovery
 * Experience working across hybrid environments (on-prem + cloud)
 * Proven track record delivering infrastructure transformation initiatives
 * Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and act as a technical escalation point
 * Experience leading teams and managing third-party vendors
 * Strong stakeholder communication skills

Preferred:

 * Experience in insurance, financial services, or other regulated environments
 * Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ITSM/CMDB platforms

## Description

* Oversee daily operations of enterprise infrastructure, ensuring high availability, stability, and performance
 * Design and implement scalable solutions across on-prem and Microsoft Azure environments
 * Lead modernization initiatives including upgrades, cloud adoption, and disaster recovery enhancements
 * Act as a senior escalation point for complex incidents, driving root cause analysis and resolution
 * Manage data center infrastructure including virtualization, storage, backup, and recovery platforms
 * Partner with and manage vendors while maintaining technical ownership of solutions
 * Mentor and develop engineering teams through hands-on leadership
 * Contribute to budgeting, capacity planning, and technology selection
 * Ensure infrastructure meets security, audit, and regulatory requirements
