## Description

UX Analyst - Activities: combines research and design skills to understand end-user needs and presents solutions and designs users want to use; creates sitemaps, wireframes, prototypes, user flow diagrams and customer journeys; surveys, observes, and interviews potential users before the solution is created; evaluates early solution concepts to identify strengths, weaknesses, precedents and potential, and tests out these concepts with users throughout the development process; handles usability testing before and after production; ensures end-user satisfaction while keeping business goals in mind - Specific expertise requirements: specific tools (e.G.
