Agent guide: [/agents.md](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/agents.md). --- # TS/SCI Enterprise Architect - **Company:** Insight Global - **Location:** San Antonio, TX, United States - **Experience:** Expert - **Contract:** Permanent contract - **Skills:** Agile Methodology, Amazon Web Services, Systems Engineering, Microsoft Azure, Cloud Computing, Cloud Engineering, Software Documentation, Cyber Security, Computer Engineering, Network Architecture, Systems Modeling Language, Systems Architecture, Systems Integration, Enterprise Software Applications, Information Technology, Cyber Warfare, DODAF, Devsecops - **Published:** October 9, 2026 - **Apply:** https://dejobs.org/x/x/81A46212F18846BE8617385D79E24DFF/job/ ## About the Role * Active TS/SCI clearance. * Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline. * 5+ years of experience in systems engineering, architecture, infrastructure engineering, or enterprise technology environments. * Experience developing system architectures, technical roadmaps, and engineering documentation. * Experience supporting cloud-based systems, enterprise infrastructure, or cyber mission environments. * Understanding of systems integration, network architecture, and cybersecurity principles. * Ability to collaborate effectively across technical teams and government stakeholders. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Experience supporting Joint Cyber Command and Control (JCC2) programs or similar cyber mission systems. * Experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) methodologies and tools. * Experience developing architecture products using DoDAF, SysML, or related modeling frameworks. * Experience supporting cloud-native architectures within AWS, Azure, or other enterprise cloud environments. * Knowledge of cyber operations, command-and-control systems, or mission planning environments. * Experience supporting Air Force, DoD, or acquisition program offices. * Familiarity with Agile development and DevSecOps practices. ## Description * Lead architecture and engineering efforts supporting JCC2 and other cyber mission systems. * Develop current-state and future-state architecture products that align mission requirements with technical solutions. * Analyze existing system architectures, identify capability gaps, and recommend modernization strategies and transition plans. * Support the design and integration of cloud, infrastructure, networking, and cybersecurity capabilities within mission environments. * Develop architecture models, system documentation, engineering artifacts, and technical roadmaps that support program objectives. * Collaborate with program managers, systems engineers, software developers, cybersecurity teams, and operational stakeholders to ensure architectural alignment across programs. * Evaluate emerging technologies and provide recommendations on how new capabilities can enhance mission effectiveness and operational performance. * Support technical reviews, system integration efforts, testing activities, and validation events throughout the system lifecycle. * Assist in developing technical standards, architecture governance processes, and engineering best practices. * Ensure cybersecurity requirements and security architecture principles are incorporated throughout the design and implementation lifecycle. * Provide technical guidance to leadership on architecture decisions, technical risks, and modernization opportunities.
