This individual will translate business priorities into scalable technology solutions while strengthening alignment between North America and Global IT. The role is responsible for driving digital transformation, enhancing operational effectiveness, and enabling exceptional employee and customer experiences across the organization. This is a highly visible leadership opportunity with significant influence across North America. The Technology Director will drive technology innovation, data-driven decision-making, and business transformation across commercial, retail, E-commerce, supply chain, finance, HR, and corporate functions, while helping position Puig for continued growth across the Americas. What You'll Get to Do: Technology Strategy & Business Leadership * Develop and execute the North America technology roadmap and multi-year strategy aligned with business growth, consumer engagement, and operational objectives * Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, influencing business priorities, investment decisions, and transformation initiatives * Align technology investments, governance, budgets, and resource plans to maximize business value and ROI * Foster strong partnerships across North America and Global IT while driving enterprise-wide technology adoption and innovation Digital Transformation, Data & Customer Experience * Lead North America digital transformation initiatives that enhance customer, employee, and business experiences in coordination with Global IT * Advance data, analytics, AI, automation, CRM, clienteling, and E-commerce capabilities across the region, including oversight of North America AI initiatives in coordination with the Global Delivery team * Partner with retail, commercial, marketing, finance, HR, E-commerce, and operations teams to identify opportunities for innovation and process improvement, with a strong understanding of retail and distribution challenges, including supply chain and demand planning * Leverage Puig's global Google Cloud Platform data environment and connected data from POS, E-commerce, SAP, CRM, clienteling, HR, and external sources to improve visibility, decision-making, customer engagement, and business performance Technology Operations, Portfolio & Risk Management * Oversee the regional technology portfolio and enterprise application landscape, including SAP ECC6 and the ongoing S/4HANA transformation, SAP IBP, SAP BW, SAP SuccessFactors, CRM and clienteling platforms, analytics tools, and digital commerce solutions * Prioritize projects and resources based on business value, risk, cost, and organizational impact * Drive service delivery excellence across onboarding, offboarding, access management, end-user support, and operational processes * Partner with Global IT and Information Security to strengthen cybersecurity, data privacy, compliance, governance, business continuity, and risk management practices People Leadership & Organizational Growth * Build, lead, and develop a high-performing technology organization capable of supporting future regional growth * Manage strategic technology vendors, consulting partners, and external service providers to maximize value and innovation * Lead change management, communication, training, and stakeholder engagement initiatives to accelerate adoption and business outcomes * Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, continuous learning, and succession planning across the Americas
