## About the Role

* Deep knowledge and experience in building complex, large-scale, mission-critical machine learning applications with microservice architecture in Kubernetes.
 * Proven programming skills using standard ML tools such as Python, Tensorflow, Py Torch, CUDA, and related framework and libraries.
 * Highly resourceful and methodical in solution/architecture/API/codebase design and ability to translate product requirement into engineering blueprint.
 * Experience with common ML model serving framework, especially for NLP models/applications. Familiarity with Gen AI/LLMs and related tooling ecosystem a plus.
 * Experience developing and maintaining ML engineering processes and best practices, including code reviews, automated testing, performance optimization, and model monitoring.
 * Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability tos ynthesize requirements across multiple domains and influence stakeholders/peer teams for strategic alignment.
