## About the Role

* Strong user experience design skills, including User Experience Design (UED) for web and mobile, user flows, and information architecture.
 * Proficiency in visual design and mockups, using modern design tools to create clear, engaging, and accessible interfaces.
 * Ability to build interactive prototypes to test concepts, refine interactions, and communicate design intent to stakeholders.
 * Basic to intermediate understanding of front-end development (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to ensure designs are implementable and responsive.
 * Experience conducting user research and usability testing, particularly with student or consumer-facing products.
 * Familiarity with design systems, accessibility standards, and best practices for inclusive and responsive design.
 * Effective collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work remotely across cross-functional teams and time zones.
 * Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Fine Arts, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience; edtech or AI product experience is a plus.
