In this role, you will lead and help grow a team of analytics professionals while remaining hands-on in delivering reporting, dashboards, automation, and AI-enabled solutions that create measurable business value. You'll partner closely with stakeholders, influence priorities, and help modernize how data and analytics are used to solve problems and accelerate performance. The preferred candidate will be based in either the Mountain or Central Time Zone What You Will Do * Lead delivery of analytics initiatives by managing priorities, timelines, dependencies, risks, and execution across a portfolio of projects. * Develop and deliver analytics solutions, including reports, dashboards, automation, and AI-enabled capabilities that support business decision-making. * Partner with stakeholders to understand business objectives, challenge assumptions when appropriate, and shape analytics solutions and delivery plans that meet business needs and drive adoption. * Partner with business leaders to communicate project status, identify risks, and resolve prioritization or resource challenges. * Coach, develop, and support a team of analytics professionals through onboarding, performance management, and career development. * Review analytics solutions, validate assumptions, and provide technical guidance to improve solution quality and consistency. * Identify and deploy opportunities to improve efficiency through automation, self-service analytics, modern analytics tools, and AI-driven solutions.
