## Description

* Gather requirements, configure, deploy, train and maintain software applications and services, both homegrown and 3rd party across NA locations

 * Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers at multiple locations to continually manage deployments

 * Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and performance issues through Help Desk software

 * Contribute to system design discussions and technical decision-making with the development team

 * Stay current with emerging technologies, tools, and industry trends
