Provide specific examples demonstrating how you have deployed, managed, or supported solutions using these models in AWS or other cloud environments. ## Description Under direction of the Information Technology Manager I, the Information Technology Specialist I (ITS I) performs a wide range of technical, analytical, and support duties for the California Department of Tax and Fee Administration's (CDTFA) cloud platforms, server systems, datacenters, and related components. The incumbent is responsible for implementing, maintaining, monitoring, troubleshooting, and supporting server infrastructure in both cloud and on premises environments. Duties are performed independently and as part of a team to ensure reliable and secure operation of CDTFA's server infrastructure., Under Government Code 14200, this position may be eligible for partial telework for eligible candidates residing in California. All telework/hybrid schedules require staff to report to the office a minimum number of days per week.
