## Description

Our client is seeking an experienced IT Engineer to support, improve, and modernize its enterprise technology environment. This position will serve as an experienced technical contributor within the broader IT Operations organization and work across infrastructure, cloud platforms, networking, enterprise systems, applications, endpoints, automation, and technical support. Healthcare experience preferred not required., * Design, implement, operate, maintain, and improve enterprise technology systems and infrastructure.

 * Support cloud and hybrid environments, including Microsoft Azure, M365, identity services, enterprise applications, networking, endpoints, and integrated platforms.
 * Troubleshoot complex technical issues across infrastructure, operating systems, virtualization, networking, applications, endpoints, identity, and cloud services.
 * Lead root-cause analysis and develop sustainable solutions for recurring problems.
 * Automate operational and administrative tasks using PowerShell, Python, or comparable scripting and orchestration tools.
 * Evaluate existing systems and recommend improvements related to reliability, scalability, security, performance, and cost.
 * Support technical implementations, migrations, upgrades, integrations, testing, rollout, and post-deployment stabilization.
 * Partner with security teams to support access controls, vulnerability remediation, audit readiness, and secure operational practices.
 * Maintain technical documentation, system diagrams, support procedures, configuration standards, and knowledge-base content.
 * Support monitoring, incident response, problem management, change management, and continuous improvement.
 * Partner with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve technical issues and deliver infrastructure and application initiatives.
 * Provide technical guidance and mentoring to other engineers and support resources.
 * Evaluate new technologies and develop expertise in platforms needed by the broader IT Operations organization.
