## About the Role

We are seeking an experienced ETL / Data Integration Engineer to design, build, and maintain robust data pipelines that support enterprise data integration and analytics initiatives. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience with ETL/ELT tools-preferably DataStage-and is comfortable working independently while collaborating within Agile teams., * 5+ years of hands-on ETL/ELT development experience

 * Strong expertise in DataStage (preferred) or equivalent tools such as Informatica or Ab Initio
 * Proven experience building and maintaining enterprise-scale data integration pipelines
 * Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases such as Oracle, DB2, SQL Server, or Teradata
 * Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and deliver high-quality solutions on time
 * Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Preferred Qualifications

 * Working knowledge of Azure data services, including Synapse Analytics and Notebooks
 * Experience supporting ETL processes in production environments
 * Familiarity with cloud-based data architectures and modern data platforms

## Description

* Design, develop, and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines to support data integration and transformation across multiple data sources
 * Build and optimize workflows using DataStage or similar ETL tools (e.g., Informatica, Ab Initio)
 * Collaborate with architects and team members in design discussions and participate in code reviews, contributing practical and scalable solutions
 * Develop and optimize complex SQL queries to support data processing and validation
 * Ensure data quality, reliability, and performance across all ETL processes
 * Troubleshoot and resolve data pipeline issues; provide production support as needed
 * Take ownership of assigned deliverables and drive tasks through to completion with minimal guidance
 * Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, including stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
