This role manages incoming support tickets, performs structured network troubleshooting, monitors network health, maintains documentation, and supports technology due diligence activities. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, highly organized, technically curious, and capable of independently managing assigned work from initial request through successful completion. Core Responsibilities Support & Troubleshooting Provide front-line technical support for networks, phones, printers, security cameras, access control systems, and other connected devices. Perform structured troubleshooting across the physical, switching, routing, and endpoint layers using available management platforms, logs, and diagnostic tools. Coordinate resolution across infrastructure teams, vendors, and site personnel while keeping stakeholders informed. Escalate complex or unresolved issues to senior technical resources with clear documentation of troubleshooting steps, findings, and business impact. Manage assigned issues through resolution and confirm service has been restored before closure. Monitoring & Incident Response Proactively monitor network health, uptime, and device performance using Meraki or similar platforms. Respond to alerts, outages, and incidents in a timely and professional manner. Assist with incident triage and prioritize issues based on operational impact and urgency. Coordinate incident-response activities across vendors, site personnel, and internal teams through full resolution. Assist with root-cause analysis and identify opportunities to reduce recurring issues. Ticket & Workload Management Manage assigned ticket queues, maintaining timely updates, appropriate escalation, and consistent follow-through. Maintain accurate ticket documentation, including troubleshooting steps, communications, decisions, and outcomes. Prioritize workload based on business impact, urgency, dependencies, and service expectations. Project Coordination & Delivery Coordinate assigned network and technology projects, including ISP installations, hardware deployments, site onboarding activities, infrastructure upgrades, and related technology improvements. Track project activities, vendor schedules, equipment deliveries, site readiness, installation progress, risks, dependencies, and outstanding action items through completion. Communicate project status, issues, and required decisions to stakeholders and senior infrastructure staff. Validate completed work and ensure required documentation, inventories, and site records are updated before the project is closed or transitioned to operations. Vendor & Site Liaison Serve as a primary liaison among internal teams, site personnel, service providers, and technology vendors for assigned work. Coordinate vendor activities from initial request through completion, including scheduling, site access, equipment delivery, installation, testing, and follow-up. Provide remote support during on-site work and ensure vendors have the information needed to complete assigned tasks. Validate vendor work, successful service delivery, and end-to-end connectivity before closing the request. Identify discrepancies, incomplete work, recurring service costs, or other concerns and escalate as appropriate. Collect required closeout documentation and follow up on outstanding items through completion. Installation, Maintenance & Site Support Support network deployments, site builds, and infrastructure upgrades across multiple locations. Due Diligence & Technology Assessments Assist senior infrastructure staff with network assessments and technology due diligence for acquisitions, dispositions, and capital improvement initiatives. Collect and validate ISP, telecommunications, network infrastructure, vendor, and technology inventory information. Coordinate information requests with site teams, sellers, service providers, and vendors as assigned. Document findings, risks, missing information, and recommended follow-up for review by senior infrastructure staff. Documentation & Asset Information Maintain accurate and current documentation for network configurations, equipment inventories, standard procedures, vendor contacts, and site-specific technology information. Ensure network topology, ISP circuit details, service information, and site configurations remain current. Update network diagrams, site records, project documentation, and vendor closeout materials. Document recurring issues and proven resolutions to improve support consistency and response efficiency. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Operations, Security, Desktop Support, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and support business needs. Participate in cross-functional troubleshooting, project coordination, and continuous-improvement efforts., Tickets and incidents are managed with timely communication, clear documentation, and appropriate escalation. Assigned projects and vendor activities move forward with visible ownership, accurate tracking, and consistent follow-through. Vendor work is validated, outstanding items are resolved, and required documentation is collected before closure.
