Education: HS Diploma/GED + 2 years relevant experience OR Associate degree + 1-2 years relevant experience, * Network+ Certification

 * Strong knowledge of TCP/IP networking
 * Hands-on experience troubleshooting Cisco devices
 * Experience with HSRP/BGP
 * Understanding of ITIL/ITSM

## Description

* Monitor and troubleshoot IP networks, systems, routers, switches, firewalls, and circuits
 * Monitor network performance and coordinate with telecom providers for service restoration
 * Troubleshoot and resolve Tier 2 network/system incidents
 * Work with incident management tools and maintain accurate incident documentation
 * Troubleshoot Cisco devices, TCP/IP, HSRP and BGP
 * Support high-availability network and data communication environments
 * Escalate complex issues and collaborate with senior NOC/network engineers
 * Provide strong customer support while managing multiple incidents and priorities
